London, UK based band Bush has been making music that fans have resonated with for decades. There seems to be no better time for a greatest hits tour than now. The appropriately named LOADED tour featuring sixteen fantastic songs tonight was mind blowing.

Bush took to the stage with an energy beyond expectation and never wavered though the entire set list. Generations of fans continued to return the same admiration and excitement that Bush was blasting out to the crowd. Even when they ran into technical difficulties for a moment, the crowd chimed in and sang the lyrics as loud as they could, making for a special unplanned moment.

The crowd was alive with screams of girls losing their minds as Gavin smiled and pointed to them as he sang. I’ve rarely seen such enthusiasm and appreciation from a seasoned band towards the fans as I did during this show. Gavin proved this later in the set by walking through the entire crowd as he sang “Flowers on the Grave”.

Jacob’s Pavilion was the perfect venue as some of the greatest songs of the 90’s alternative grunge scene carried through the streets of The Cleveland Flats.

What could be more awesome than a thirty-year collection of number one hits, than a thirty city LOADED tour to satisfy original fans and hook new ones?

One thing might be how when you had your eyes closed, you were transported back in time.
Remembering where you were when you first heard Bush.
Remembering where you were when you heard the next big hit.

This night really cannot be properly expressed by words. Bush released an entire vibe which you just had to be present to understand.

The opportunity for me to cover this show was a full circle, bucket list moment – after all my first-born child is named after Gavin Rossdale. I knew this was going to be a hell of an experience, and it did not disappoint!
