The D.O.O.D. dropping fifth studio album in August!!

The Distinguished Order of Disobedience, or simply The D.O.O.D., is a national touring, theatrical heavy metal band based out of Sarasota, Florida. They have released four studio albums including “When Push Comes to Fight”, “Playtime in the Apocalypse”, “Beautiful Ride” & “BUTTERCUP”!!!

Currently working on their fifth release, “Firefly”, the band released it’s first single ‘Kill The Light’ in late May. Legendary Matt Laplant (Soil, Skindred, Nonpoint etc.) is the record’s producer. The compilation is set to be dropped sometime next month. ‘Kill the Light’ is the album’s first sing.

Raynus and Jonzey put things in motion for The D.O.O.D. The band has a blend all their own, combining a mix of Pantera meets Five Finger Death Punch/Slipknot with a splash of classical metal. The group regularly engages in feeding the homeless on the west coast of Florida. They have received accommodations for their participation with benefits to help school music programs and Humane Society events.

Currently endorsed by Sinister Guitar Picks and Pandemic Scumwear, The D.O.O.D. is ready to get back to doing what they do best; melting faces and touring.
