Check Out Some “Heady” Metal & Our Interview with ONE STEP FROM FALLING

20200731_065605ONE STEP FROM FALLING, a band from Syracuse, New York has been thrilling rock fans since 2011. Their hard work paid off recently when they signed on with Pavement Entertainment’s Artist Partnership program.

Influenced by bands such as Tool, Deftones and Incubus, OSFF delivers a unique sound that features snappy melodies and raucous riffs. Their sound has been called “Heady Metal” because the sound goes straight to the listener’s head.

They’re no stranger to taking the stage with the big boys of rock. They have opened for the likes of A Perfect Circle, Sevendust, Five Finger Death Punch and Killswitch Engage to name just a few. Midwest Ohio fans had the pleasure of seeing them rip up the stage at “Ink In The Clink” in 2017 while the folks at “Rocklahoma” did the same a year later.

Last year the band grew by one as they added a fifth member to the clan which freed up lead vocalist, Steve Reith, to concentrate on his front man role. Ty Gleason was welcomed to the fold to man the drums. He joins Reith, Bob Bardou (guitar/vocals), Pete Krell (guitar/vocals) and Josh Skellett (bass/vocals/sounds).

With an endless array of talent and the backing of Pavement Entertainment, ONE STEP FROM FALLING, is poised to take their game to the next level. If you haven’t had the opportunity to listen to their music, do yourself a favor and check them out.
